That being said, Campaign Monitor does have some good points. For example, it offers a decent visual journey builder. And while it doesn’t offer many sophisticated segmentation options, you can divide customers into different segments based on location, purchase history, etc.
Campaign Monitor’s biggest drawback is that it lacks some key features. For example, it doesn’t support dynamic content, such as product recommendations. It also lacks many basic automation features, such as sending emails automatically, creating drip campaigns, or setting up autoresponders.
